G'day
Welcome to the auskadi blog, one of my various lines of flight. I can't promise anything but ideas, the odd story and news. Globalisation, technology, post anythingism ... and bikes ... lots of bikes .... Lets see what passes. If you want to use anything here just ask me martin.hardie@gmail.com. I am not buying into all that creative licence fetishism. Just ask and we can talk. Recent Photos

A while back I wrote an essay for the Sarai Reader 4 entitled "Floss and the Crisis: Foreigner in a Free
Land?"
and in it I made some outrageous statements linking together linux
users/hackers, file sharers and terrorists as the 'enemies' in the day
to day spectacle of capitalism. I always wanted to add poor old Marco
Pantani and others accused of being drug using sports people in there
as well. Anyway today Politech carried a story whoch continues the
theme, a story which concerns the Dept of Homeland Security's focus on
file sharers. here is the Politech story Why is Department of Homeland Security worrying about
file-swapping?

This is
the first post on this new blog. I can't promise anything but ideas,
the odd story and news. Globalisation, technology, automonia and bikes
... lets see what passes. While I think of something to say check out the photo of my friend
Adrian who looks after cars in the streets of Maputo, Mozambiques's
capital. He also has good taste in cycling caps.
